Make meaningful connections
This book of many affirmations and bonus meditations is very helpful in directing you toward a positive mindset and deeper relationships. It helps you let go of your fear and let down some walls that you've unknowingly built to protect yourself from trauma in the past. Most times, we don't even realize we've done this. My favorite part is the meditations, which will be very useful for me to help build trust and openness. This is definitely a must-read for anyone with avoidant attachment issues.

Relationship help on the way
This book is really helping me change how I handle relationships. I have often struggled with opening up and being close due to past trauma, but this book has educated me on how to move forward without destroying current relationships. One aspect of the book that I expect to really help me are the meditations that teach you how to trust yourself as well as others. If you are like me and wanting to break down walls (my own), increase trust (especially myself), and build intimacy in your relationships, then I think this book will really help.
