A must for overthinkers!

I wasn’t too fond of the voice but it grew on me. He moves fast, I took notes in some pertinent sections and had to keep pausing and going back, but ultimately I loved it and I seriously hope it helps with my awful overthinking. I would recommend and I will definitely listen again (slowed down this time!). Lots of helpful tips to get your overthinking in check!

Amazing without overthinking it...

Super helpful book, highly recommended to even those who dont overthink! I enjoyed all the main points covered, plan to read it again with notes.

true factual info cause I live in

it was well read and wonderfully simple to understand , I just wish I could practice it for longer periods because I felt good until dark, bedtime then I lost it to ppl

Wonderful Book

Liked: Straight to the point and not over explaining. Good suggestions for overthinking. And pointed out things, I wasn’t aware of. Really really enjoyed this book. Will use as a reference for sure!
Dislike: To be honest I can’t think of anything.
