So Helpful! How to Positively Charge and Reset your Thoughts, Feelings and Actions.
Dr Cohen had given us such a simple and beautiful gift with this book. Simple is not easy— this little book is a summary of 100’s of others, and of the wisdom literature of centuries. Today is June 3 and I have listened to this audiobook almost every day since Aug 15– because it is THAT HELPFUL. In the audio version I start at Chapter 5 and it is @47 minutes— “Today is a Good Day to Do Good. Do All the Good You Can”. —Dean Minuto

Very persuasive!
Love the way that makes you see that sometimes we choose to react instead listen and don't take things personally seriously. Most of the time the anger that others project on us is a reflection of theier impotent feelings toward us, ignore them and they will get cause and effect all together without affecting you. .Choose to be the Sun and don't let the Salt of others affect you!. love the book. Very pleasant voice!
