Brought back memories of clarity
A lot of the information in this book I already knew or completely forgot that I knew it. I've tried AA and other methods with no avail. It reminded me of how amazing I felt before I ever started drinking and made the population of drinkers seem like drones, slaves, zombies or what I like to call "sheeple". I could go on and on but I'll just say I was a 5th a night, black out kinda drunk and this revitalized my mind, soul and memory. I recommend putting in earphones and doing simple chores around the house while listening. I listened to the entire book in two sessions. I'm grateful to Mr. Carr.

Excellent narration of a life changing approach
No nonsense. No false hope. No pain.
I quit smoking after 8 years thanks to him (4 years ago) and I'm part of the choir on this book too. His approach is empathetic and liberating. For anyone afraid to read it, you can drink or smoke while listen or read these and actually.... it really helps if you do.

Changed my life!!!
When the audiobook said that I'd be meeting with friends at happy hour and parties without the interest of drinking, I thought it was BS. However, it's true. This book reveals what alcohol really is, devastation and poison. I read and heard other "Stop drinking" books and they just didn't work. Buy this book and for the price of a martini, it will make you no longer be interested in martinis. Empowerment feels wonderful. You'll actually be proud of yourself!!

Mind altering
This is definitely one of the best books I’ve ever listened to! It has completely shifted the way I view drinking and I truly feel like everything said in this book was a God Send. It’s exactly what I needed to hear to help me get out of the rut I felt like I was getting deeper in. What an amazing viewpoint to give people and the narrator executed the message wonderfully. I really loved listening to this book! I look forward to the time when I can gift others this priceless piece of work. Thank you Easy Way!

Good book and I'm in AA
This was a really good listen it helped reinforce some ideas I was already using in my sobriety, I believe this is good but coupled with the fellowship of AS it is great.
