About this listen

In Chicago, aka "Chiraq", the first 10 days of 2016 yielded 120 people shot. Baltimore's 2015 ended as its bloodiest and deadliest year - on a per capita basis. In 2014 Detroit's police chief called upon law-abiding citizens to take arms against its burgeoning violent, criminal subculture. Unfortunately these cities aren't anomalies. Year after year a seemingly unshakable reality of violence plagues Black communities nationwide. In fact, since 1980, Blacks have routinely accounted for almost half of America's annual homicide victims and more than half of the perpetrators - all while being a minor 13 percent of the national populace.

Yet a certain Black-based industry - which specializes in nurturing comfortable lies while burying uncomfortable truths - propagates a notion that racism is the foremost issue facing Black Americans, and White cops are bloodthirsty enforcers. Moreover, this cunning, race-peddling entity knows that it's easier to lie to Blacks than to convince Blacks that they've been lied to. Thus, Black lies are good for business; Black lives are good for nothing (except exploitation). And presently, business is booming.

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE BIAS HATRED IN OUR COMMUNITY.

I loved this book. It opened my eyes to alot of hatred and false neglects towards our people still til this day. After reading this book, even though I was already woke, it definitely has awaken me even more towards our government today. I started reading this book to help me become an better activist for my community which is Parkhill, Colorado. Its a working process but I definitely am on the right track. Thank you again for publishing this book Taleeb Starkes.

Enlightenment Of Media and BLM

The media is in fact the enemy of the people. Government is in fact, not out to help you but hurt you, weather indirectly or directly. This book describes just that from it's political sphere that surely is used in others. Great Read!

A well-crafted expose

A powerful and straightforward explanation of why those to whom race matters most do nothing to improve relations.

the truth

It's a great book and even better to hear a rational and truthful side to the bs they call black lives matter.

The Plantation is in troulbe

Excellent reading and should be made mandatory reading within the Black community. What I like most about the book is that it's not opinion based, it's fact based. All points made can be easily verified. The author did an excellent job researching his facts and putting them together in a fashion as to be easily understood. Let there be no doubt that this book will not be well received if you base your beliefs on feelings as opposed to facts. But if you want to start the healing within the Black community, this is where you need to start.

Scared Philadelphian

This book is incredibly eye opening. However, as a fellow Philadelphian, I am scared, even petrified to go against the RGI. My career, family, and reputation could all be lost over a single word or action. I’m a black male scared of the consequences of not agreeing with the people that have a strong arm hold on what it means to be black in the U.S.

Great book!!

I loved his opinions and views but a professional narrator would have been better... not everyone is great at that. but don't let the narration keep you from this book, it's what America needs to hear!!

Substantive and Important

This would be a better book to own and reference, but if your choice is listen or don't read at all , by all means listen to this book! The information is too important to ignore.

I'm glad I took the chance!

The provocative name stood out, so I tried to sample the book. Audible would not allow me to preview it. I'm glad I decided to take a chance and buy it regardless. The author kept my attention from beginning to end. I REALLY enjoyed listening and look forward to purchasing other projects from the author.
