**NOW A MAJOR PRIME TV SERIES STARRING ALAN RITCHSON**

Jack Reacher is back in a brand new white-knuckle read from Lee Child.

It's a random universe, but once in a blue moon things turn out just right.

In a nameless city, two rival criminal gangs are competing for control. But they hadn't counted on Jack Reacher arriving on their patch.

Reacher is trained to notice things.

He's on a Greyhound bus, watching an elderly man sleeping in his seat, with a fat envelope of cash hanging out of his pocket. Another passenger is watching too ... hoping to get rich quick.

As the mugger makes his move, Reacher steps in.

The old man is grateful, yet he turns down Reacher's offer to help him home. He's vulnerable, scared, and clearly in big, big trouble.

What hold could the gangs have on the old guy? Will Reacher be in time to stop bad things happening?

The odds are better with Reacher involved. That's for damn sure.

Although the Jack Reacher novels can be listened to in any order, Blue Moon is the 24th in the series.

'This is one of his best' - The Times

'Everyone needs to kick some [butt] sometimes, even if it's just imaginary' JOJO MOYES

‘Jeff Harding’s [...] narration captures Reacher’s character perfectly [...] you have to savour every minute.’ The Sunday Times

Classic Reacher, well narrated by Jeff Harding

Classic Reacher, well narrated by Jeff Harding. Chance meeting with a deserving victim, befriending a damsel (also a victim) followed by identification, analitical assessment and elimination of the bad guys. This is the latest in my Reacher collection. I put this one with the rest of them on the top tier of my library. Nice to hear the good guys, with righteous cause, overcome the odds and defeat the bad guys every now and then.

Excellent

Of course, Jack Reacher (Lee Child) does not disappoint! Loved the book all the way. Riveting as always.

Disappointed

This was such a change from Lee Child. Extremely violent and not as much finesse as usual.
Reader was very stilted

what happened to Jack Reacher?

I have read every Jack Reacher book and was puzzled with the character change in Jack. the narrator didn't help either.....we've come to know Jack through Dick Hill; please bring him back! so much death and holes in the story, is not what I'm used to. might be the end of the Jack Reacher road for me, sadly.
