Pretty straightforward content

The secret to understanding body language is to pay attention. A person should make sure their body language matches what they are saying. Basic common sense.

Learn to improve your leadership skills

Body Language, Communication Skills, Nonverbal Communication, Lying & Human Behavior
By: Jeffery Dawson
Narrated by: Michelle Murillo
Absolutely recommend this book, author, and narrator. The book is about gestures and their meanings, social skills, leadership qualities, expressions, how to recognize lie and communicate with gestures and hands. Book provides many useful advice and tips which improve so much needed soft skills. Learn to improve your skills. The narrator provided an impeccable voice and sounded really pleasurable to listen. Michelle has a nice tone, speed and voice colour which contributed significantly to the quality of the book. The book is only 1 hr and 17 mins long so it is easy to find time to listen to it.
My hope is that this review helps in your decision to obtain this book :)

People responding to me differently

What did you love best about Body Language?

Any effective communicator has to know how to read and respond to other people's body language. This hasn't been a strength of mine, so I got this book in hope of improving my abilities. Glad I did! Tons of tips and info I've never heard anywhere else. I've already noticed people responding to me differently (more positively) because I can not only read their body language better but also communicate better with my own body language. Recommended

Always smile

What made the experience of listening to Body Language the most enjoyable?

A very good and useful book. The thing which I liked the most about this book is the amount of information offered. The author described body language of the whole body and in different situations. I was very surprised with the amount of negative body language I had myself before I read this book. I immediately applied some of the body language, and still I'm working on the major aspects of positive gestures. Remember: never cross your arms and always smile.
