The act of listening to voice of Thich Nhat Hanh calms me and prepares my mind for meditation. This is another great collection of his teachings. Meditation and self-reflection are difficult but with practice they become easier, notice I don’t describe it as easy.

Peace, love, and humor
Love listening to all talks from Thich Nhat Hanh. So much peace and joy radiates from his words.

I recommend this book
I enjoyed the foundational wisdom shared in stories and with humour. I felt a sense of peace when listening and plan to listen again to strengthen my understanding and my practice.

Timeless wisdom
