About this listen

Everyone knows not to cross the campus d-bags. On or off the ice.

You don’t sneak into their house, thinking no one’s watching. You don’t ransack their bedrooms, tripping over hockey gear as you rummage through their things. And you definitely don’t get caught with your head under one’s bed and your size-16 backside pointed right at their camera.

Unless, of course, you’re me.

I was so desperate to get my hands on their brotherhood’s Book of Sins that I did all the above. I was in search of proof that could incriminate Tate, my soon-to-be stepbrother and former member of the frat. But not only do I come up empty, I’ve now unknowingly invited three shadows to darken my world.

The most broken and twisted of them all—Micah, Vince, and Ash.

They promise no one has to know I trespassed on their territory. My secret is safe with them, safe from the others, but there’s a cost.

Their silence for my freedom.

I’ll be theirs to control, to own—these sick devils with perfect smiles masking their cold hearts. And if I can’t find a way to beat them at their game...they’ll break my world and my soul into a million tiny pieces.

Enjoyable bully romance!

Narrators did amazing on this. I loved that it was Duet narration.

I struggle with calling this a dark college “hockey” romance, considering there was no hockey. Like at all. I feel like this story could have been a bit shorter with less fluff but overall still enjoyed it and will continue the series.

I love this story!

This is a true bully romance and I was not disappointed! The performance was perfection with the duel narration and I loved each of them! And the storyline was attention grabbing! I stumbled upon this book by accident but so glad that I grabbed the audio for it too! Sad the second book isn’t out yet but once the audio for it releases I’ll grab that one too!

Great start! I thought they played hockey?!?

Lol...this is my first hockey romance where there was no actual hockey....maybe in book 2? But no matter! This was a really good start to what I am hoping will end up being a great RH series...I love that the heroin is plus sized! and I love that it is performed in duet style, but what would have made it even more amazing is if the guys had a different performer for each one - no shade on Richard Brock, he did great but there were many times I got confused on which male POV it was. Raya Kane was also great! I loved her sorority girl voice - especially Dahlia's....lol. There were a few 🔥 scenes and they were good....but I hope for a bit more in the next book which I am chomping at the bit to get to!

5 starz - worthy of a repeat listen

Omg my jaw is on the floor! This was such a good book and I listened to it in one day! I could not stop. That cliffhanger was just cruel haha but can’t wait to dive in to book 2! Such a well written book and the narrators did a FANTASTIC job with this narration!

Break The Girl

Break the Girl is the first book in a new series about Stevie. This book is told from multiple points of view by Stevie, Ash, Vince, and Micah.

Something happens and Stevie is on a mission to get answers. When one of the boys finds her snooping in their stuff they decide to make her theirs and she has to get points to get out of their hold.

As Stevie is fighting them at every turn, they are starting to get feelings for each other. There are so many twists that I didn't see coming. Stevie has to fight not only the guys but others who are trying to belittle her as well.

This book was amazing. I was hooked from the start. I can't wait to see what happens next, and if Stevie gets all the answers she was looking for, as well as a happy ending.

Great!!

At times, it felt like there was not going to be any romantic feelings and in the end there weren’t any. There were feelings they shared but they were unique to each other and special! I’m more of a happy ending girlie so when I heard this ending, I screamed out in disbelief. I’m hoping there’s a next one so I can know what happens next because I’m so invested in their relationship developing somehowl
