Publisher's summary

Through the veil of thoughts and beliefs and into spacious presence

Imagine carrying around a radio that constantly complains, criticizes, brings up past regrets, and frets about the future. Does this sound familiar?

"When the thinking mind never stops speaking," teaches Eckhart Tolle, "we can come to believe that this egoic self is who we are." But we are not our thoughts. And beneath them lies our true self: a vast consciousness reachable through simple awareness.

With Breaking the Habit of Negative Thinking and Self-Talk, this renowned teacher and author helps guide us out of this illusory landscape. In four immersive audio sessions, he shares insights, stories, illustrations, and practices to gently navigate us to our natural state of presence, free of the mental labels and judgments that create suffering.

Join Eckhart Tolle to explore: why the ego craves unhappy states, how to free ourselves from its endless chatter, ways to bring ourselves to the liberated spaciousness of unveiled Presence, and more.

"There is only one universal consciousness that emanates from the source of all life," Eckhart Tolle reflects, "and our true state of being arises out of it." Here, he points us, moment by moment, back to our deeper, limitless self.

Insightful, effective and practical - as always!

Eckhart has been talking about the same ('one') thing for decades using dozens of different pointers. If you already have good familiarity with Eckhart's teachings, then this 3.5 hour compilation of retreat talks and meditations will not reveal too much new information - however, if you're like me, the truth never gets old. You will hear Eckhart speak and answer live questions at recorded retreats. Additionally, this audiobook features several live meditations with him. Eckhart has a way of relaying the essence of his teachings in an undogmatic, comprehensible and practical way so new and seasoned listeners alike will undoubtedly greatly benefit from this latest release.

Love the sound of his voice

I not only love his spiritual teachings, but the sound of his voice and his delivery (inserting moments of silent pause) really take everything to the next level for me.

Love him

I listen to Eckhart anytime I feel lost, and lonely was in my soul. Somehow, when I listen to him, he brightened up my day because of his wisdom and clarity it helps me to be present.
