About this listen

Frank knows that he's creepy. There's nothing he can do about it. His creepiness - along with the fact that his father once killed 11 people in an office shooting - has kept him from ever having a girlfriend.

When he finally works up the nerve to ask Abigail out on a date, after buying flowers from her every day for the past three months, he's sure she'll say no. Maybe she'll even recoil or spit in his face. But she accepts his invitation.

He's sure it must be a cruel prank. It's not. These two kindhearted but weird souls have found each other, and Frank thinks his life is about to change for the better.

But this is not a love story.

This is a tale of revenge and madness.

From the author of Pressure, Blister, and Sick House comes Jeff Strand's darkest novel yet.

justified

This book is one of several I've listened to by Jeff Strand, and he continues to entertain. That being said, he may be dark and twisted, he never fails to capture your attention. Witty, dark, and twisted. Now I'm gonna find another book from him to listen to.

P.S. Jeff Strand books aren't for the faint of heart

A Very Dark Love Story

What extremes would an individual go to when they find the love of their life only to have them taken from them? Frank is not popular with the ladies, not popular with people period. When Frank finally meets that special someone only to have her taken from him, Frank is willing to do just about anything to BRING HER BACK.

BRING HER BACK is an extremely dark horror love story.

“This isn’t a love story”

When you hear those words from Jeff Strand you know that you’re in for a rough time. This is a dark and twisted story that picks and pulls from the deepest and most terrible parts of humanity and then makes them kind of funny.

O.K I guess

This is by far not his best book. Jeff, a note ...stop writing in so much detail. If your character goes to the restroom it would go like this... He walked into the bathroom and noticed the seat was up, he saw that the toilet paper was angel fresh, he knew angel fresh was kind to his butt, his tummy moaned, early in the day he ate taco bell and had two supreme tacos and 5 cups of refried beans, the beans were from Mexico made my an elderly farmer. Jeff began to walk to the toilet and noticed the toilet was still running, he opened the top of the toilet and adjusted the ball joint. He saw that the toilet lid was a new plastic and not the old standard kind... etc.. etc... etcc...
Just say, "He went to the bathroom".

Reader#1

First off I read a lot of books, so I’d like to think I know a good book from a book that should never have been published, that being said, what the hell did I just listen to?! This was the most bazaaro book I’ve ever come acrossed! I can’t tell people they’re not listen to it but I certainly can warn you this was garbage. I would like to know what the author was thinking when he wrote this book. Maybe it was supposed to be funny, in a creepy kind of way. Just don’t say you were never warned. Save your time and credit.
