About this listen

Tune out the world with brown noise. Brown noise can promote relaxation, improve focus and sleep quality by blocking external sounds through its roaring sound frequencies. This 12-hour track is designed to support long-term focus and sleep quality overnight.

This is the same steady sound for a glorious 12hrs! The other option I have changes every 2 hours and wakes me up. There are no title announcements, pauses ect. I tested this as I napped in the down stairs bedroom of my friends house while her 2 boys were playing 20 ft away in the living room. Slept like a baby. 10/10

More pink noise mixing in. Not as useful for me as the brown noise podcast.

Not the sounds I was expecting.
