Lots of great information for the beginning cook
This is a great book for the person who has never been in a kitchen or been taught how to do ANYTHING with food. A really good book to send with every teenager!! I hope I can teach my 9-year-old daughter how to do all these things before she leaves home. If you never have been in a kitchen or been taught how to make anything besides cold cereal this book is for you. Nice, but impractical
It's fair to say that if you're visually impaired, an audible cookery book is a very good idea. Other than that, I did not enjoy the book.

Not what I was expecting
Cheap way of eating... said healthy but I would have to disagree with that. I got this book looking for things I may not been doing but I am eating on a budget with out sacrificing the product that I am getting. so this book did not work for me.
