An add for supplements sold by Mirko Beljanski

What disappointed you about Cancer's Cause, Cancer's Cure?

The author makes the fantastic claim that Mirko Beljanski ("MJ") solved cancers enigma and the book is dedicated to revealing his story (and suggesting you should use MJ's supplements). The book has numerous anecdotal stories of people (like French PM Francois Mitterrand) who were saved from cancer. BUT the author cites no independent scientific studies of the products effectiveness. (but for one study by a Columbia research team that reported MJ's products lowered serum PSA levels). Many people still died despite these supplements (Mitterrand died within 2 years from prostate cancer; MJ himself died form leukemia, but that's blamed on stress). The author sates that MJ / his products are known throughout Europe, but not in America because of the control of the pharmaceutical industry has. The drug companies and doctors don't want cures for cancer because it's a multibillion dollar industry. Furthermore, the politicians are controlled by big Pharma. He says the same thing about France (the pharmaceutical industry control all the politicians in France). I'm sure the author (a podiatrist, not cancer researcher or oncologist) believes it (he says he gets no remuneration from MJ's products), but the book is far from scientific.
