Offers a solution to sustain "dieting" goals long-term

This book does a great job with offering a "dieting" solution that's more sustainable long-term than most trendy diets tend to be. While the theme centers on weight loss, the author also speaks to the ways in which carb cycling will help with overall health, including building strength, as well.

I particularly appreciated that this book didn't try to force the reader into thinking carb cycling is the only viable solution. Instead, it explored the pros and cons of multiple approaches and offered references when possible. An accompanying PDF is also provided, making it easy for the reader to learn more about the references cited.

While I appreciate that this book is written in a way to specifically tailor to endomorph women, I believe there are also some valuable insights in here that can be beneficial for people of all body types. The author does a great job explaining the ways in which macronutrients work and offering solutions to optimize them in a way that best fits your lifestyle.

practical and solid guide

Finally a book understands endomorph women. Their bodies are different, they have softer bodies with curves, they have a wide waist and hips and large bones, while that doesn't mean they are overweighted. So the diet, especially the carb cycling is different for them. It has a different focus, different rules. There are many advices you could find online. However many are actually quite generic, that lacks the understanding of this particular body type. This book is a very practical and sophisticated guide of carb cycling particularly designed for endomorph women.
