Finally a book understands endomorph women. Their bodies are different, they have softer bodies with curves, they have a wide waist and hips and large bones, while that doesn't mean they are overweighted. So the diet, especially the carb cycling is different for them. It has a different focus, different rules. There are many advices you could find online. However many are actually quite generic, that lacks the understanding of this particular body type. This book is a very practical and sophisticated guide of carb cycling particularly designed for endomorph women.

Wife is telling me the book breaks down why traditional low-carb diets often fail and how to modify them to work effectively. The author provides a clear roadmap, including a 7-day meal plan, exercise recommendations, and supplement guidance.
