Big Mac and Linda's story

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Would recommend this series to friends. While I do not care for the narrator who read the first twelve books the story of this wonderful family captures the imagination.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

The narrator, Joan Delaware sounds very young and does a credible job but does not offer different voices of the various characters. It is simply a read.

Any additional comments?

Would like to see the Author choose a different narrator. My favorites are Susan Ericksen and Loralie King

Predictable!!

What made the experience of listening to Celebration After Dark: A Gansett Island Holiday Novella the most enjoyable?

I loved Big Mac & Linda love story.

What did you like best about this story?

I like how Marie gave us all an updated on the entire family/friend relationship and what's going on in each and everyone's relationship. But, this book should have been longer and focus on Big Mac & Linda's love story. We should have heard Linda side of the story. After all there are two sides of the story.

Did Joan Delaware do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Yes, Joan did a good job on differentiating the characters. But, after hearing Holly for awhile, I got used to her voice in all the characters.
