Publisher's summary

Can she resist the pull of her soul mate?

Callista McCoy is a strong, well-educated werewolf with no desire for a mate. She's seen what happens when you love too deeply and wants to avoid it at all costs. Her work as an environmental scientist and activist is enough to keep her busy and her love life is the least of her worries. But when one of the new wolves in her pack starts to make her feel things she thought she'd successfully suppressed, her only hope is to ignore him. And avoid eye contact at all costs.

Wyatt Carter's only concerns are taking care of his sick mother and proving his worth to his new pack. But the moment he gets a look at his new alpha's sister, all bets are off. There's something irresistible about Callie that draws him in. Something that makes him want to get close to her. He knows he needs to keep his distance, but he can't seem to leave her alone.

With the pack expecting an attack any day, will they find their way to each other? Or was their love story doomed from the start?

Contains mature themes.

Great book

It's great to have finally been able to enjoy a great story. It was refreshing and it contained all the variables to a good listen. The story has an easy flow from beginning to end. There's love, hope, betrayal and mystery. all packed into this wonderful story.

better than the first series

I liked this one better than Elizabeth's and Abraham's but these two characters could be annoying and stupid at times which drove me crazy but I did like the story. The male narrator had a bigger part in this book which was a plus. I would recommend.

Great series

I usually hate love stories where miscommunication is the main problem. In this case the protagonists views are skewed by their past experiences which makes it easier to understand their confusion.

Well written

The book and series had my imagination working overtime. The depth of character and story line is incredible. It is well balanced romance, suspense, and humor. The narrators really bring the story to life.

Frustrating

The back and forth indecision of the couple was extremely frustrating, especially the female character. I had difficulty finishing

Wyatt & Callie’s Story

Throughly enjoyed Wyatt and his big heart. Callie was immature and I didn’t like her character, she was annoying. Plenty of miscommunication and drama. Sweet epilogue.Absolutely loved Thor Thom’s voice.

Horrible female narrator

The story line was interesting and I think I could have enjoyed it however the female narrator was horrible. Her reading was very stilted, like every word was it's own sentence that she was forcing out. Took away from the book a lot.
