Publisher's summary

It's a one in a million chance that the sexy-as-sin and savage wolf king finds his fated mate - me, the curvy warrior - on the most hostile planet. But you can't call him one lucky bastard.

I can't be his - I'm sworn to another. And I haven't the time for mating when I have to lead a gang of the worst criminals to fight off the vampire hordes, cannibals, and Akem's creatures of nightmare to find the veiled portal to go home.

The ruthless, red-blooded wolf king isn't one to listen to reason. He has no intention of preserving my virtue and honor. He wants to mate with me more than his life is worth, and nothing and no one will stop him from claiming me.

Contains mature themes.

Creative writing, but needed a decent ending!

Meg proved to be a creative writer, but really lacked in some areas in this book. There really wasn't an ending to this story, not even a cliffhanger, so it leaves the reader/listener scratching their heads on what happens next, what a bg miss, I must say!

This book is very different from the numerous shifter books I have read, but it was decent. Felicity did a good job at narrating, although some of the voices were annoying. All in all, I think it's worth listening to book 2. Hopefully, book 2 will give me some closure to book 1.

Interesting storyline

Really liked this book; some of it made me laugh out loud. The Wolf King was laid back and sexy. Based on the way it ended, I’m surprised there wasn’t another book written with focus on the fallen angel and witch. Narration was on point. Here’s hoping for a book to continue the series!

Lacking a good ending

Was pretty good story up until the end! Was hoping for something more at the end!

Fun and New.

I liked the premise of the book. It's like a scifi paranormal romance. Witches, werewolves, etc come from different planets. So interesting!

Ships crash on this planet but they never leave. Except our heroine is determined to never give up hope. I enjoyed our hero, the wolf king, he was sexy and possessive. Their meeting was fun, and I enjoyed her strength. She is the type of woman who can save herself and is happy to save herself. We have a lover scorned who comes into the scene to cause some trouble. Although, I am hoping the scorned lover will get her own story.

Can't wait to listen to the next one!

Ummm... Nope

it had some funny parts however the author could really use some serious editing.. there was too much going on and too many separate storylines that were unfinished.. between witches/witches guard/shifters/demons/furies/vampires and aliens.. she basically threw everything but the kitchen sink in one book.. the forced it to flow around the main characters. I thought I would give this author a chance because I love paranormal romance but this was a mess.. it was irritating and but I was trying not to add yet another book to my did not finish list. Good thing I listened to this for free.
