About this listen

A little girl can look at someone and know their past. How? Why?

Single mom Cynthia Pace has her hands full with her uniquely gifted child. She has no idea how or why Maddie does the things she does, and neither does her daughter. But there is an answer, discovered by mother and child only after tragedy strikes.

Then all becomes clear, except now they are millions of miles apart.

From the best-selling author of Time Chain comes a novel rooted in the intricacies of human emotion and our enduring fascination with the universe in which we live.

Thoughtful and uplifting

This story is my favorite kind of marriage between science fiction, philosophy and religion. It has a mild suspense and tenderness without being stressful. I enjoyed getting to know the characters, the narrator was flawless except in her pronunciation of filleted 😜10/10!

Unusual Science Fiction

This story developed slowly but held my attention. The narrator had a soft monotone voice that fit the story. The ending was good with no cliffhanger. I will read more by this author.
