Eh...

The stories just arent good. They aren't like the childrens stories in our books. My son wanted to listen to his stories, but was disappointed.

Terrible Reading

I don’t know why they’re presenting this as children’s stories. These are classic, wonderful stories however they are read with no animation and certainly not something a young child would want to listen to. Don’t waste your money.

Meh

To be clear, these are classic Grimm’s which are a bit gory for my kiddos. That aside, the narration is not great. Very little inflection or personality. The little we did listen to left them bored.

bedtime for the kids!

The children had no choice but to fall asleep to this dreamy land of exciting stories with peaceful voices. Honestly, I fell asleep, too.

Old School Stories, Not The Disney You Remember

I'm returning this title. The narrator was fine, and the stories were typical of the old-fashioned fairy tales -a bit gruesome and psychopathic. My three-year-old seems to be enjoying them but after a month he's talking about doing some of the things that the villains in the stories do, and it took me a while to figure out where that was coming from.
If you have a child who is too young to explain things to/process the violent, cruel, and evil things some of the characters are doing, you may want to skip this one.

Horrible

These stories are familiar to me but I don’t recall them being this gruesome. A waste of a credit.
