Publisher's summary

Working as a live-in nanny for four hot hockey star Alphas? That’s got to be every Beta’s dream.

Except...it’s not quite that simple.

After losing my job and my apartment in the same day, I feel like I’ve hit rock bottom. But when Cruz Ashford, captain of the Titans NHL team, finds out I have nowhere to live, he makes me an offer that could help us both: Move in with him and his three pack mates and work as a nanny for the adorable little boy they’ve adopted.

As crazy as it sounds, I say yes. It’s a chance to turn my life around after the loss of my grandmother left me buried in a mountain of medical debt, so there’s no way I can turn him down.

The only problem is, living with four gorgeous Alphas is harder than I thought it would be. Almost from the first moment I arrive at their house, the tension between us is off the charts.

I don’t know why I’m so drawn to Cruz, Knox, Lawson, and Miles. Why I can barely control my body around them. Why their delicious scents affect me so much...or why I seem to affect them too.

Until the day I start perfuming, and I finally realize the truth that’s been staring me in the face.

I’ve been wrong my whole life. I’m not a Beta. I’m an Omega.

And everything is about to change.

Scared and homeless

Finding a pack, getting accepted into it and rolling with the punches to fit in.

Sweet and sensual pack Omega romance

I absolutely loved the four individual relationships that come out of this pack and omega bonding. The story lines well written and great characters

good story, ok narration

what's with the ' ehhh fegetabadit' accent that all the guys have?! when the female narrator does the guys, they all have a street vendor Boston accent. All of them, every scenario. kills it. She does great for the female voices, the male narrator is okay. Story is great, follows omegaverse shenanigans.

No actual conflict?

It was nice and there was a lot of great spice, but just nothing really going on, anything that could have been an intense conflict is resolved to perfection within a couple of minutes. Nice, but definitively not on the edge of my seat, a lot like the first book.

Sweet Story ~ Meh Narration

Sweet, no conflict Omegaverse Story. Only downfall is that the Female narrator gives all the male characters the same Boston street vendor accent. Same inflection during serious, sad, and steamy scenes, making it a little hard to get into the story. Which is unfortunate, because I enjoy this author.

Lovely Omegaverse

I enjoyed this one. It’s so sweet and hit all the right vibes. It did need a little more conflict but I enjoyed it without it too. The audiobook narration is excellent especially for the little kid.

Get too bored to finish

Made it 2/3. There is no story. The narrators are sounding so dramatic, but there is nothing dramatic happening.

Terrible voices

I couldn’t get past the voice actors. The female reader’s impressions of men sound like 1950s newspaper salesmen: “Extra! Extra!” The male reader has a speech pattern similar to that of the actor who played Gypsy Rose’s boyfriend on the act. Furthermore, the whole alpha omega thing creeped me out.

ire was ok

I honestly kind of bored me. way to much monologue instead of moving on with the plot. the female character repeats herself a ton throughout the entire book, I skipped they those parts bc I honestly just wanted her to stop talking.... narration was ok. ive definitely heard better.
