Publisher's summary

Seraphina Adams has always loved the outdoors, so when she is asked to help fetch the family Christmas tree she is thrilled, but a sudden accident and a chance meeting with the boy next door change everything in an instant.

Rafe Dixion barely knows his nearest neighbors; a strong fence and a family feud having separated them for years, but when he hears the anguished cries for help he answers the call with an open heart only to have it stolen by an angel as she falls.

Can two, star-crossed-lovers find love in the season of peace, or with their parent's ancient war banish them forever?

Christmas Kringle

"Christmas Kringle" introduces the Adams family, three daughters coming into adulthood and a mother, who live in the town of Biders Clump at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in the mid-1800's and own a ranch. The youngest daughter, Sara, meets a cowhand named Raif Dixon whose father owns his own ranch. Sara and Raif develop feelings for each other, but there is a feud between the heads of the Dixon and Adams family. This makes it difficult for Sara and Raif to maintain their relationship. There is much Christmas spirit and camaraderie of the Adams family in the story.

A lovely holiday story!

This is a lovely holiday story! I really got the Christmas feels from it. The story is sweet and moves along nicely. The characters are big, bright and kind. Seraphina (LOVE that name BTW) is a kind girl who lives for her family. Rafe has shown interest in Sera but their families don’t get along.

This is a nice star crossed lovers story with no or little hope. I loved that Rafe didn’t let his father get him down about Sera. He shows a great kindness to them. I did listen to this on audio. Greg Young is the new to me narrator. I love his voice! Its very smooth and I could listen to him frequently.

A wonderful, heartwarming story

Seraphina (Sara) Adams climbs a tall evergreen tree to cut a section from the top for a Christmas Tree. Her mom and sisters are helping from the ground. As the section falls, so does Sara, right into the snow. Her mother’s frantic screaming attracts the attention of the neighbors son Rafe Dixon. Rafe races to help Sara, but her mom isn’t too impressed, especially when the ownership of the tree is brought up. The Adams and Dixon families have not been too friendly towards each other for years but no one really knows why. Now, the story begins, I won’t say too much more, I don’t want to spoil it.
I highly recommend you listen to this story, it is sure to get you into the Spirit of Giving no matter what month of the year it is.

Love this tale!

This sweet short story had me from the first chapter. Seraphina is a bit of wanderer. Unlike her sisters, she enjoys being out and about. When she decides to climb a tree, she doesn't account for the snow and falls. Lucky for her Rafe is there to help her. But is it lucky? Immediate attraction between these two pulls them together only to know their feuding families will keep them apart. Is there a chance for a Christmas miracle? This came out at the perfect time of year. Jump starting the holiday season, this look at families and their differences and how they overcome is the spirit of the season. Love is the shining light for their Christmas season.

Greg Young is a new narrator to me, and I absolutely fell in love with his voice. He has a calming quality that is soothing to listen to. He easily goes between characters and can do both male and female voices with ease. He is one I will be watching in the future.

Sweet Clean Romance!

This was my first Danni Roan's book. This is the first book in the Tales from Biders Clump, an Historical Romance. Seraphina and Rafe's story is sweet, clean, and heartwarming. They share an instant love. I love the family spirit in the story. This is a beautiful Christmas story. Greg Young did a good job with the narration.

Sweet, clean romance

Such a sweet story with a Hallmark-type feel. 💕 Greg Young did a fantastic job narrating the characters and bringing them to life. This was my first book by Danni Roan and I really enjoyed it. I was given a copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
