wrong reader
The reader does just that, read. In previous books, Eddy Lee, at least sounded more like a high schooler, and even tried to talk like a female. Zions Jong is not bad for a reader, however he makes the characters sound like grown men. It detracts from the story's presentation.

Plot is fantastic and the characters are deep and well thought out. Unfortunately the new VA leaves quite a bit to be desired.

what happened to eddy lee?
the story was great the performance was good in some areas but was thinking at times what happened to eddy lee? no offense current narrator but i just felt something was missing

The story is amazing.
I've been loving the story so far, but I really don't like the change in narrator. I never really like when the narrator is changed mid series after you get used to the characters voices, but this one is just a total downgrade. The audio quality is really distracting and I don't like how the characters sound now.
