I listened to all Rachel Spangler’s books, and I loved them all. The story is engaging, loved the characters. Took me some time to get used to the narration, but once this happened I really enjoyed the book.

Never disappointed

I always find Rachel's books interesting. This one wasn't any different. I like to read about complex characters, the issues they have and how they overcome all that to create the happy ending.
I was not disappointed in this book at all. The complexity of Kelly made me think. How many more of Kelly’s there is? I am happy she came to her senses though. I was even happy that neither give up on their dreams.

Wonderful story

I have listened to several of Rachel's books and while I have enjoyed them all, however, this one
is head and shoulders above the rest! You hear the writer's growth in this work. The character development for Kelly and Elliot was thoughtful and well explored. The supporting characters were woven into the story in enlightening ways. not to much development for them, just the right amount to serve their roles. Great story and excellent narration. I would recommend this book to friend and foe alike! Superlative!

Bravo Rachel & Ann

I didn't enjoy this one. It was so depressing... couldn't stand Kellys character. She was so negative and sooo deep in the closet it seemed like 1980. The romance was mediocre, felt forced at times.
