Very helpful

Chapter 4 hooked me
No joke this book is like therapy but without the awkward part. Chapter 1 made me realize I never even thought about what emotional resilience really is. Chapter 3 where it talks about motivation literally called me out because I’m the queen of putting stuff off. And chapter 4 on anxiety management?? Yeah that’s when I was like ok I need to actually try this. It even teaches goal setting in a way that’s not cringey. I’m trying out the mindfulness stuff now from chapter 8 and it's actually helping me not lose it over stupid things. If your brain feels like it’s on fire 24/7 you’ll get it.

Helped me get out of my head
This book gave me some easy ways to manage stress and break out of bad thought habits. The way it explained things made it easy to follow, even when I wasn’t feeling great. I feel like I’m slowly learning to deal with stuff instead of just feeling overwhelmed. I still have tough days, but now I feel like I have tools I can turn to.
