Wall Pilates Is a Game Changer

I never thought a plain old wall could be such a great exercise tool. It gave me the support I needed to try movements I would have been too scared to do on the floor. I even started doing a few exercises during TV commercial breaks. It’s such a smart way to ease into fitness without feeling overwhelmed. Definitely my favorite thing I picked up from this audiobook.

Encouraging for Staying Active

Gentle, effective, and motivating

Wall Pilates has gotten really popular lately, and for good reason—it’s an easy, low-impact way to get moving. I appreciated the background on pilates and the reason WHY and HOW wall pilates works and is beneficial. I also liked how the exercises were broken down with super clear instructions walking your though each step by step, and the fact that there’s a full-color chart and video access is a huge bonus! Some of the breathing exercises made me feel a little silly, but the 28-day plan feels manageable, even if you’re not someone who works out regularly. The tone of the book is really encouraging and lighthearted, and the narrator is really upbeat, making this feel motivating. If you're looking for a gentle but effective way to start exercises with a structured plan that doesn’t feel intimidating, this is a great.

Ideal for My Small Apartment

Living in a small space, I usually skip anything that needs room or equipment. This book showed me how much you can do with just a wall and a few feet of space. I roll out a mat next to my bookshelf and get it done in ten minutes. No stress. It fits my space.

Balance I Didn't Know I Lost

One thing that surprised me was how bad my balance had gotten without me noticing. I was leaning against the wall way more than I thought I would! After a few weeks of following the program, I can stand more steadily and even catch myself better if I trip. The book made it really easy to track little wins like that. It’s given me a lot more confidence moving around the house.

Helpful for Travel Days
