I really enjoyed this book and the storylines. the character development is awesome and the plot depth keeps you guessing. Kevin Pierce as always is amazing. I am already impatiently waiting for book 3.

I have enjoyed EVERY single book in this series. So easy to relate to each character and love/hate them.

I don't know what happened but this book far exceeded my expectations compared to the first book. Although the unlikely dystopian story isn't a scenario many would find realistic, it was otherwise VERY entertaining and the narrator's performance held my attention throughout. SERIOUSLY, there is a HUGE improvement from the first book in overall writing style, story, and especially the narration. Oddly enough, there aren't any characters crossing-over from the first book - but the overall "America Collapsing" scenario remains the same.

It’s so refreshing to read a book from someone who actually understands combat and ballistics. The second I read a book and the author calls a magazine a “clip” or that “he used the .44 magnum for more stopping power than the 5.56” Im done...

I think story is very good but this is not a Series! the story line does not continue from book 1 and even when you think it might it doesn't. I can't even tell what order to read the series in, I guess it's meant to be that way, but I don't really care for completely separate stories unless they intersect at some time, these don't appear to do that. good info, a couple of the twists got me.
