Inner strength

Great book for gaining better control of impulses and emotions. Filled with great strategies and tools to help change how we think about our approach to both emotional and mental challenges. New for me was recognizing the pattern of cues-routine-response. It was great to have a solid understanding of what reacting vs responding really means. And how to change our emotional link to auto pilot habits. I found it extremely practical and helpful. Highly recommend!

Best book for emotion superiority

This book was incredible. The tools and strategies in this book will help you realign your thinking to a more positive productive mindset. If you are easily distracted, have unhealthy impulses, or have a hard time breaking bad habits, this book will help you navigate to a more productive, healthier you. I didn't realize just how powerful this book was until I implemented some of the tools in the book.
