Very underrated

A two in one book, although most will say it’s negative n talks about it often it’s actually lets you understand it better in a deeper context, and with that being said it’s an amazing book because not all storytelling have to be positive to engage in it, “negative” books also give you the engagement as-well.

Amazing Book!

This book started in on a process of healing my mind and consequently, bringing healing to my entire being. What an amazing book!!! I was a chronic overthinker and suffered almost every symptom and I didn't know what was wrong with me until I read this book. How insightful!

Had to order the hard copy

I really love this book. I ordered the hard copy referred it to others even bought some to give out. Step by step I grew more as a person and I'm now able to identify the feelings thoughts and emotions I have. A big thank you to the author!

Useful info for daily practice

Solid and useful tools on how to regulate emotions and redirect your mind. I like how at the end of each chapter, the author reviews what was covered during the chapter and the skills put into practice.
