My brain is so distracted!!!

I really needed this book. I had worked myself into such a dopamine fix that I was constantly doing 3 things at once, but not actually "really" doing any of them! I had trained my brain to crave instant gratification.

I am glad I found this book. I am also sure I will be glad I made this purchase when I realize I need to review it for a second time!

I appreciate how the author broke things down by outlining a step by step approach to create healthier habits. After all, I lived during a time without smartphones and did just fine. I am determined to make sure I am in control because I have allowed myself to become so overwhelmed by it lately.

If you need a reset, pick up a copy. Doing so will make you much more relaxed.
