A Much-Needed Digital Detox!

I had no idea how hooked I was on constant digital distractions until I started this 21-day detox. Addiction Detox

This book, The Dopamine Reset: 21 Day Detox authored by Leo Black, is a great resource guide for understanding the mechanisms of addiction and how they develop, and how to recover from addiction and not just manage it. It explains the dopamine effect, what it is, and how it works relative to addiction, whether it is social media addictions, nicotine or substance addictions, food addictions, or any other addictions that people find themselves embroiled in. The 21 day transformative journey that this book promotes is well worth the time and effort to achieve the desired outcome. No one recovery intervention is the answer for everyone, however, I highly recommend this book because it provides a natural and holistic approach.
