I love Coriolanus, and have sought out just about every available video/audio recording of it that you can reasonably find. This is the finest version of the play I've ever heard or seen.

The mix and audio quality is also superb. This recording is available elsewhere on the internet, but the Audible production value--wherever it comes from--is exceptional. Easily the best-preserved vintage radio drama I've come across

A rare and exquisite gem

A fantastic performance by Burton (and Tandy) of an incredibly underrated Shakespeare play. Very highly recommended.

Amazing

There's a reason this play is one of the lesser known plays of Shakespeare. But it's still Shakespeare, so still magnificent, in all its weirdness and unsympathetic emotional bleakness, heh. But... Burton. The one and only Richard effing BURTON, brings this performance to a magical level. A must have for his performance. He manages to bring life to the supercilious cruel character of Coriolanus! This is the performance to have.

Burton, Burton, Burton.

Excellent rendition of story. Characters were easily distinguishable with crisp voices. Pace was perfect. Highly recommended.
