A complete waste of time and A misleading title

Dan does not at all cover how culture is everyone's job. The entire book is addressed to the leader. The only thing this book will do, is to teach you how to have the culture Dan thinks you should have. I summarize: be soft on employees because they are soft. Don't expect much out of them and reward them frequently even though they are soft and do not accomplish much. This book is more like a book from a 20 yr old employee who is trying to convince his employer to give bonuses without expecting much work in return.
