What did you love best about Daddy-Long-Legs?
I watched the daddy-long-legs anime and got the notion to listen to the original work. The performance was entertaining and attractive for any listener. The book is a classic in every aspect and it does give a strong framework of the charachters indirectly which is quite amazing. I enjoyed the listening experience. It got me through the atmosphere of the book perfectly. The story itself has its magnetism. I would say it has a way of provoking emotions and the need for freedom. To be independent in a world of freedom, to have the courage to step forward. To love and be loved in a rather diffuse kind of way without materialism. This work is original in its idea although not quite known from my perspective. It has its simple way of defining great things. What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

The end. This book is always open for a relisten. Even when you know what the end is.A good Classic for your evening
