The Affirmations for You!
The Daily Affirmations broke down each layer of achieving goals through a positive mindset. I especially enjoyed the end of the audiobook in which an entire chapter was dedicated to listening through positive affirmations. This section was perhaps the most memorable portion, as I will utilize it most often. My greatest takeaway was the number of affirmations that I can apply to my own life no matter the circumstances! Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a quick read on affirmations.
