Has several meditations guided for the morning, anxiety. I enjoy pulling it out when I need it and specially doing the morning routine or body scan!!!

Perfect to boost my mood on my way to work!
This is such a lovely listen, one I can use while getting ready in the morning, or on my drive to work to settle my anxious thoughts and step into a new day with positivity. I do prefer to listen at an increased speed (about 1.2 or more) as I find the regular one too slow, but this is easy to change. Oh and also, the meditations are perfect for others like me who tend to wake up early and overthink about the day to come! I highly recommend having a listen.

I highly recommend this book!
I'm not a morning person. I never have been. But my wife? She loves the early hours of the day. She's always up with the sun, ready to start her day with a smile on her face. So when I saw this book with its collection of powerful and relaxing morning rituals, I knew I had to get it for her. And I'm so glad I did! The affirmations in this book are key to self-love and improvement, they're meant to give you a mental image of your potential and success! They're designed to carve a path for you to follow that leads to a life filled with positivity, gratitude, acceptance, confidence, and strength. If you're looking for a way to improve your mornings (or even just your outlook on life), I highly recommend this book!

This was excellent!
I loved this audiobook. It was a wonderful way to start my morning and will use this every morning. I believe my day was less stressful because of this audiobook. It was very soothing; the words, the music and the narrator. I really would recommend this to anyone looking to start their day out right!

This book provides helpful exercises for getting your day off to a positive start. There are affirmations and breathing methods to help build build confidence and self-esteem. It’s geared towards women but could be helpful for anyone! The narrator is soothing and easy to listen to. Highly recommended!
