Perfect to boost my mood on my way to work!
This is such a lovely listen, one I can use while getting ready in the morning, or on my drive to work to settle my anxious thoughts and step into a new day with positivity. I do prefer to listen at an increased speed (about 1.2 or more) as I find the regular one too slow, but this is easy to change. Oh and also, the meditations are perfect for others like me who tend to wake up early and overthink about the day to come! I highly recommend having a listen.

I highly recommend this book!
I'm not a morning person. I never have been. But my wife? She loves the early hours of the day. She's always up with the sun, ready to start her day with a smile on her face. This was excellent!
I loved this audiobook. It was a wonderful way to start my morning and will use this every morning. I believe my day was less stressful because of this audiobook. It was very soothing; the words, the music and the narrator. I really would recommend this to anyone looking to start their day out right!

This book provides helpful exercises for getting your day off to a positive start. There are affirmations and breathing methods to help build build confidence and self-esteem.
