Affirmations don't work for me, but this helped!
I am a self motivated person and affirmations usually don't work for me, but i enjoyed how your book was structured around finding your already existing, inner greatness!! So the book focuses more on you identifying what is already there instead of covering and propping up your greatness with words and empty saying. Good job!

The power of affirmations
A lot of people don't realise the impact of the words they say to themselves. If you are constantly putting yourself down, constantly thinking you are not good enough, and constantly believing what negative people in your life say to you, there is absolutely no way you will succeed in anything in life. The mind is an incredibly powerful tool that, if used properly, can help you achieve true greatness. In this book, Wildine Pierre does an amazing job of showing us the power of positive affirmations, the best ways to use them, the best time to use them, and the power of consistency. When these concepts are applied you will definitely see your world transform. Excellent book, I highly recommend it.

Another great book for my collection
I've always been fascinated with the subconscious, and why things like affirmations work. This is a great intro to the potential power of affirmations, but it's also great for someone such as myself who has been studying the art of manifestation for years. Will be listening again!

Change your life now!!
I love this book. I'm glad that I learned what affirmations are and how the mind works and understanding how our thoughts and affirmations work. I like using affirmations to change my mindset from negative thinking to positive thinking because it changes my mood. My favorite section is Think, Visualize, Realize because positive thinking changes to action which transforms to results. Understanding the Law of Attraction is very beneficial because like attracts like and the principles of the Law of Attraction is laid out clearly in this audiobook. This makes a wonderful gift for anyone who wants to change their life for the better.

Absolutely love this book!
The author has done an amazing job of crossing affirmations and teaching. The author takes their time in explaining how affirmations work, why they are important and how to start implementing them. I have listened to other books by this author and they clearly care about their audiences being able to take care of themselves and improve their lives. The narrator does a great job of speaking in a tone that keeps you engaged and is encouraging. I don't remember which chapter it was but I really enjoyed how the author dove in to why affirmations are so important. It is amazing how much one negative comment that continue to repeat in our head and bring us down but it takes so much energy to convince ourselves of the positive. Kudos to the author

Whelp, that was an amazing ride...
"No road to something worth having, is linear and without [twists and turns] along the way."
Well that pretty much sums up a great attitude worth adopting. This book was even more enjoyable than I hoped from the title and was an easy listen in one sitting. The exercises, quizzes, entire chapter of affirmations based on what you need at the time, this book was thorough, thought-provoking, motivational and good ole' healthy mind medicine. I don't personally have low self esteem but I could totally empathize with the author's examples. While those folks are working on their internal dialogues, it helps me to have a view into their world from a different perspective so I can adjust my language (patience, positivity, body, etc.). I honestly am going to try to schedule some time every day to hit up bits of chapter 9... Well done, great narration and message and highly recommend!
