This is the second in the Roman Cantrell-Nikki Holden series and it's a hoot but also has some great backstory. Narrator Janina Edwards, you certainly understand all her awards, becomes all the characters and defines them with aplomb!

Nikki is at her most powerful as she aims her investigative sword at one evil genius. We get more of Roman's back story as an army ranger/mercenary when PTSD hits him hard.

Dialogue is the author's forte and Narrator Edwards enhances each scene. I guarantee you will love meeting "the queen of Botox & butt enhancements" Muriel Feinberg who claims she's pregnant with an alien's baby!

So are the UFO sightings a hoax? Or are they real? And what about the Army that hijacks mega-millions?
