About this listen

Grace Halfpenny has devoted her entire life to her career as a social worker. Always playing by the rules. Always going all in. Falling in love is the last thing Grace had time for.

Eugene "Judge" Grant is the president of the Black Hoods MC. A hardass son of a bitch, thanks to the scars of his past. Love is the last thing Judge believed in.

Two people on two very different paths.

Until . . .

Two kids, orphaned and alone with a past that mirrored Judge's own, come along, not only needing him, but Grace too.

And when the kids' dark past comes looking for them, Grace and Judge must put their differences aside in order to save them.

Contains mature themes.

Intense Storyline

Absolutely the best story so far with a twist you never saw coming. There was tragedy, humor, tears, loss of life and innocence. Great secondary character. Grace was a social worker who only wanted to save as people as possible and she had a wonderful heart. Judge was president of the MC who also had a tender heart towards the two children covenant them and only want them to become whole after everything they went through. Excellent twist at the end one you never saw coming. HEA!

Judge and Grace

Judge and Grace embark on an emotionally intense but blissfully beautiful journey together. Dark Guardian has the perfect amount of suspense, intrigue, action, sweetness, and of course romance. I was definitely on the edge of my seat the entire time. Cannot wait to see what comes next. Phenomenal story!
Alexander Cendese and Stephanie Rose did an outstanding job bring these amazing characters to life.

This was an unexpected great listen. Well Written & Narrator's were on Point✨ There was a nice amount of Heat 🔥❤️‍🔥 as well as a good amount of suspense and betrayal. This Book was good beginning to end. 💥
🌹Even though there's somewhat of a HEA... ITS also BITTERSWEET. Both Heartwarming 💞and Heart Breaking 💔

good story

Judge & Grace: triggers- trafficking, assault, abuse of authority, hostage taking, loss, custody battles. This book picks up right after the previous book. Judge now has the physical custody of two kids now, though not exactly legal. The kids are trying to get to a normal way of life, getting back in school when someone reports to DCFS that something is suspicious about the man who enrolled them. Grace is a social worker who gets the call about the kids that Judge has and like a dog with a bone she begins her investigation. Only things are not always what they seem and the well being if the kids are what's at stake. This book will make a person think twice about making assumptions. It's a short story but a good one. Judge is definitely a protective papa best and will do anything for his kids. He doesn't care that they are not his blood. There are some hot moments but I didn't really feel to much of a connection with Grace and Judge because the book focused more of the kids but it was a good story.
