Never heard of EFT but it seemed to work for me. I was pretty skeptical because yoga never worked as much as I tried. My thoughts were constantly on a gerbil wheel. I desperately needed to quiet my mind without drugs - or any other unnatural thing. The author's explanation of moving from overdrive to calm was transformational for me.

The techniques are something you can do immediately. It's in your hands to do it. I wake up a little clearer and ready to go. I'm working on that. I am a type A personality, and I felt like this book was written for me and my friends. I have to get two of them to listen. It will change how they feel too.

I am always into stress beeccause of my exams, but I never tried to do something effective to calm my soul and body. but this book mis great it only doesn't contain 5-minute tappi9ng routine which are easy to follow even in hard day to day routine. the narrator voice feels very calm soft and warm that makes me more connected in stress free. This book deserves five stars. Highly recommended.

These sessions cover a variety of thoughts we tell ourselves that keep us up at night. The narrator was very professional and used the appropriate, comforting tone throughout the book. I definitely recommend this book for anyone having issues falling asleep and staying asleep.
