Publisher's summary

A time of reckoning has come for the council of Toro, a bandit city about to burst with corruption and injustice.

Valerie refuses to allow her world to rot, and she's brought friends to help her teach the council a lesson.

As if that weren't enough, Cammie and Royland have begun to rule the former pirate island.

This involves ensuring there are no nearby threats, so while these two might be perfect for each other, they have business to attend to before they can sit back and bask in their newfound positions of power.

And down south, New York has risen up out of the sewers it once occupied.

It's a new world, one Sandra and the others might just one day soon be able to enjoy without bloodshed.

Someday... maybe.

awesome J.S. and M.A.

please note. Merry Christmas to both of you. Since it's still the 25th of December. and your families. Also as long as you keep writing these books in this series as in the kurtherian Gambit series you have my word I will keep reading them. I have to say though not really is impressed with the other narrators Kate Rudd and Emily Beresford are the only two I really care for the other ones not so much. Thought I'd put that out there. otherwise the series all of the series are awesome. Kate doesn't really good job on her books that she reads and Emily does an awesome job on the books that she reads so you got to awesome narrators. Happy New Year to you and all your familes. tjis is an awesome book. not really happy about you dropping off one of the main characters but I'll see where it goes. signed one heck of a fan Justin L. Wright. Michael I do have one problem Im getting antsy about b.a. and t.d.m. getting back together. hurry up already. lol to Justin Sloan you've been a really excellent author so far. ty.

Valerine Continues her quest for Justice.

Awesome! But sad ending with Robin and her budding relationship. Why can't writes do a good Xena/Gabby girl on girl action story were the woman can actually say, " I love you" kiss and kill the bad guys together without one of them being in need of rescue all the time. Or the love be a secret even from them. I am not saying we need pages of sex, we don't. But a hug, a chased kiss, a hand held. Just little touches. Then get back to the story and saving the innocents from evil.

enjoyable

I rather enjoyed listening to these audio versions as a second read... and when you don't actually have the time to re-read these stories. I also enjoy when the narrator(s) add in those extra emotions.
