My son always asks for 1 more story. this has been a great way to "read another book" by also relaxing into sleep. the love the detail of the stories that are all easily imagined in you lr mind.

My 3 year old has never - really, not once - made it more than 10 minutes into a story. It even works pretty well on my infant. Tonight’s time was 5:13. It’s basically magic. My 4 year old asks for Tracy the Triceratops by name. She’s our favorite! I wasn’t a big fan to begin with but the results are golden and I have been converted. My kids are too young for the mindfulness portions but it’s the most important part for me apart from how quickly it works. I take the time to relax and make bedtime a more enjoyable time for all of us. This has helped so much and I deeply appreciate it.

The narrator’s voice is so relaxing an has the perfect cadence. I can feel her smiling. I play this for my kids but I get deeply relaxed too!

I am a huge fan of these Bedtime meditations by the Mindfulness Habits Team. The dinosaur theme is great, and I love the storm and ocean background options on this one. The Narration on this one is not quite as soothing to me, but that could totally be a matter of personal taste.
