Ever so helpful with assisting our grandchildren with compassion for self and others. I like the word mindful. The information in the book helped me take a long look at my approach to others as well. There are many books our there right now regarding the mindfulness theory and I would recommend this one due to its non-technical instructions. This is a great audiobook for children and parents to listen to together. It contains lots of great meditation exercises and games as well as meditations for bedtime. Some of my favorite meditations in this collection include those body skin exercises.
This book is highly recommended for kids and parents to encourage them to take Time out of their busy day and stop and find 5 to 20 minutes for meditation each day.
