About this listen

He’s promised me sunlight.

Hope for a better future.

Freedom from this horror.

A life that doesn’t end in a dark cellar.

But, we’re trapped together.

Forced to live for the worst kind of people.

Desperate to survive for each other.

I crave his touch with every breath I take.

My heart aches for him.

He’s my hope for survival.

The man I want a future with.

I can have it all again, if only I trust him.

Even if that’s the only thing I can’t do.

Note from the publisher: Dolly is a psychological thriller with a dark love story. It is completely standalone and does not have a cliffhanger. Enjoy!

I liked it. I feel like they should have dragged it out longer. The female voice sounded like a guy and it got boring towards the end but it was a fun and good read

Very dark and exposes the horrors of trafficking

Wonderful short story. Dark. Delicious. "Dolly" is a twisted and satisfying tale through and through. Enjoy.

Starts full speed and keeps going.

I normally can't handle when it's solo narration with a male narration but Mark Harrietha did a great job. Definitely check your trigger warnings this book definitely touches on how the darker sides of the dark web - the spice was pretty good, I definitely wish the story was longer to see more of Dolly and Ken's relationship develop but I really enjoyed the captive romance aspect

Solo Narration - Decent Story

The description was for a Dark book, and with the title I knew it would have disturbing story line but as the no limits reader I am, i jumped in.

I was not enraptured as I hoped, to me even the scene where they take back control was anticlimactic, as I waited for more action I was disappointed by unnecessary scenes that to my opinion were a bit too early since the main character Dolly was too under developed, these characters seemed one dimensional. my reasons for not liking had nothing to do with the attempt at darkened situations but for the lack of intrigue and thrill.

Started with the book finished with the audio

Measha Stone did an awesome job as always with this one. I am not going to spoil the story, but WOW! the characters were well developed, the story line was fantastical. This story however is not for sensitive readers. The themes are dark. I you are looking for a light love story,..this is not it.

WHOAH...This Story is not for the faint of heart

Definitely some dark scenes or themes. It felt a little rushed and predictable. The main characters don’t seem very realistic or relatable. I liked that it dove into a darker world but didn’t enjoy how the author handled the scenes or the characters.

It was ok
