Insightful and worth revisiting again and again
Quick read for managers, coaches, owners and team mates of all types.
As a small business owner I can use the lessons found within to enhance my personal interactions with others and develop my skill set. Particularly informative yet unexpected are insights into employee mentality, group think and personal motivation within a business context.
Personally I looked within myself, both from a leadership as well as employee viewpoint, which was unexpected.
