About this listen

Fans have been waiting for Brandi’s scoop on one of the biggest divorces of the decade since her husband of eight years abandoned her and their two sons to marry country singer LeAnn Rimes. Not only does Brandi spill the beans about her side of the split, but the lovable housewife also shares the incredible wild ride that took her from a life in the ghetto to Hollywood’s most elite circles.

For the first time, Brandi talks about how she escaped a rough neighborhood on the outskirts of Sacramento and stumbled into a successful modeling career that swept her into a world of Paris Fashion Weeks, private jets, and uncircumcised penises. Before she knew it, Brandi was the perfect Hollywood trophy wife - at least until her marriage exploded.

Today, the refreshingly filter-free housewife and unapologetic mom is the newest full-time cast member of Bravo’s juggernaut franchise, where she often elicits raised eyebrows and gossip from her costars for her refusal to be the scorned ex-wife, to be bullied, to change her sarcastic sense of humor, or - on most occasions - to wear a bra.

Sassy, raunchy, and compulsively listenable, Drinking and Tweeting perfectly captures Brandi’s open-book attitude, as she dishes about everything from her DUI, her cheating ex, her one-night stands, and the secret plastic surgery that made her “17” again.

Best Piece I’ve Listened To!!

I’ve quickly became obsessed with Brandi Glanville upon watching old episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, so when I saw she had a book out and even better, a book on Audible, I jumped at the opportunity to listen and read it. On bed rest, I spent an entire day listening and reading the hard copy. Her narration was incredible and I love the side commentaries. Definitely will be recommending it to everyone!

Love You Brandi!

Brandi I loved this book!!! I am about a decade late in watching Housewives of Beverly Hills and she doin became my favorite. She is a no nonsense tell it like it is person and I love that about her! I went through a cheating husband and nasty divorce myself about 10 years ago and I completely related with her throughout this book! I’m soooo proud of her new life! Best wishes Brandi! ❤️

Brandi is a total Badass 😀😀

I have always thought Brandi was an amazing human. I love how candid and honest she was about her divorce and all the crazy rollercoaster of emotions that she went through. She is the only Housewife I can realistically relate to, and is the most amazing mother. It's awesome to actually hear a public figure being so real, raw, and honest about her most painful life transition.

Lip smacks are driving me crazy!

Seriously, the lip smacking is making my spine hurt, never mind my ears! Also, the editor must have been also tipping the wine bottle because there are so many repeated lines its insane. Brandi was never my favorite HW but wanted to read her books for inside scoop. Story is good but she still seriously narcissistic.

Worth it

I read this book when it first came out, but decided to give it a listen because I’m on a current marathon of binge watching housewives. The book is a much better read than listening to because Brandi’s voice can become annoying. However, she comes out with some one liners that make up for it. I’m not the biggest Brandi fan, but love her story and the way she handled herself in the impossible situation she was given. I will definitely be listening to her second book.

She’s real

I liked her on real housewives so I decided to check out the book. I always thought and now even more she’s a great mama! I love how authentic and humble and unguarded she is regardless of it makes her look she’s honest through and through! A very nice quick enjoyable read and I would read more from her in the future.

Glad I finally listened

I'm glad I finally listened to this is my title because I had been thinking about this one for a while. I decided to listen to a quick, fun read. I was first put off by drinking in the title and that wasn't a major thing. But be prepared...the tweeting thing is all through the book. Once I got used to the hashtag....part it was fun. I enjoyed listening to her narration more than I thought I would; sort of like a friend telling it. I would recommend it for a light listen.

Very funny and emotional

I never thought Brandi was so talented. The book gives a light and funny outlook to real issues women deal with. I was pleasantly surprised.
