I really love the story. books 1-3 were my favorite and I wish that arc lasted longer. However the world building and power ramp remains great.

My only complaint is the fights are 10x too long and detailed. 3 part trials with multi-part battles. I literally skip 6-7 chapters per book. It wouldn't be so bad but he mixes in good slice of life moments during downtime 8n the middle of chapters. still worth the price of course.

I like how the detailed sex scenes are in their own chapters. would be great if the fights were in clearly marked chapters. honestly 1 fight described over 100 individual moves with detailed explanations and reasoning.

ok so the story is good but I feel like the va's are bad like vary bad. They do really good monster or non-human voice but when it come to the main characters they suck. It feels like every line is just monotone and bored when they talk and when the line is sopost to be angry or sad it is just bland and boring. Like they fighting and the mc just sound so bored thanks to the VA even thought the he is in a vary hard fight for his life. but it is agood book other wise.
