About this listen

When witches kidnapped him to serve them as their Greater Familiar, he negotiated a much more interesting deal...

Logan Morrison always fought for everything he had, but it never was much. Growing up truly alone did that to you. One day, when taking on an extra tutoring gig to help out a cute chick with a quirky name, she ends up bringing him back to her place. Cool, right?

Well, the next morning, Logan wakes up in chains and comes to learn that Cherry Cola is one beautiful and unhinged monster girl member out of three in a small Fresco City witch coven. Their plans for him? Servitude.

But Logan lands a much better deal for himself, and next thing he knows, these cuties are serving him as much as he helps them. Thanks to his deepening bond with the witchy beauties, he even begins to develop strange powers, including but not limited to the ability shapeshift into giant monsters matching their rare magical affinities.

With these new powers, it isn't long before the coven and Logan start making their own play for power—and it isn't long before the coven ladies start falling for him, either. How will Logan manage the demanding and persistent needs of his occult cuties? Will they be able to keep the larger covens out of their business? Will the danger they get themselves into be worth the rewards they reap together? And will Logan's harem—er—coven grow?

the best narration I've ever heard

like the title says, it's the best narration I've ever heard thus far. it's pretty good for what it is, definitely better than most of the haremlit genre. the only thing I didn't care for was Alpha calling Logan "good boy" & "pet". every time it was said it was like I had a mini seizure. I'm more dominant than anything so that has a lot to do with it.

An excellent little diversion

BTW: I've heard both of these voice actors in other books and I love thier work. That just helps me enjoy the book more.
This is not a terribly serious story and that is just what I'm wanting out of this. The writers have made this delightfully quirky and I'm loving it. Everything from the names to the situations to the intentional pubs had me smiling all the way through.
Very spicy! Very harem lit! The protagonist turns out to be a good guy, and the writers seem to have a lot of fun with it. I'm diving immediately into the next story in the series.

Aurora Bliss's performance is just 🤌

Don't get me wrong, Johnathan Waters did great, as well, but Aurora Bliss put so much into this and you can tell. The voices actually made me love the characters. I mean, heck, even the moans were great, and most of the time with audiobooks, a character moaning or grunting really brings you out of it for being silly. The story was great, but sometimes it got weird.

CherryCola has got to be my favorite dumb name!

I went into this one blind did not read the blurb and had no idea what to expect, I picked it up for the Author's name and cover alone. What I got was some bootleg version of Charmed with a quirky cast of characters and a male lead that said screw it why not. This was easily one of the most hilarious books I've listened to. Cherry alone is a strong contender for Virgil's funniest character after Blossom. What brought it all home was Aurora's Narration I don't know what they are paying her but Jesus triple it.

excellent performances!

Jonathan Waters and Auroro Bliss knocked it out of the park! The story was great, and each of the main cast felt distinct and well fleshed out. I look forward to the next one!

Amazing Top Tier Narration

The narrators really shined in this story. The extra touch of background...noises during specific scenes made it flow so much better. Have to give props to Aurora for that, really took the book up a whole notch. The MC is likable, albeit he's definitely a bit of a stereotypical self-insert. Honestly, the book flowed well together and the characters are likable. Definitely willing to continue listening to future releases.

Holy sh*t

That is the best start to a series yet. Chef’s kiss magnificent. Virgil Knightley just keeps getting better and better. This was my first Edgar Riggs book and it was a great introduction to him as well. The performances by the narrators has set a clear new gold standard moving forward.

Great harem witch coven story.

I was a bit nervous with getting this book because I haven't found a lot of books about witches that I really liked.
But of course with Knightley at the helm, I don't know why I had any worries.
MC gets kidnapped by a sexy witch and he starts living the dream.
I'm giving this book 8.5 out of 5 stars.

Incredibly fun book!

Aurora was a Bliss to listen to! (sorry, I just can't help myself) Jonathan was also great as Logan. One thing that immediately stood out was the background noises. It made the spicy scenes hit... spicier, for the lack of a better word. All in all, the narrators did a fantastic job on this book and I'll be looking forward to their next work.

The story was fun and easy to follow. There was just the right amount of lore and intrigues to keep me pressing 'play' whenever I could. Though the action and conflict came in the latter half of the book, the characters and their quirkiness kept the story from being boring. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will be waiting anxiously for the next one!

Hotter and a cat on a hot tin roof

The story was a lot of fun, it had everything you’d want. The plot was good. The intimacy scenes were good and the voice actors did a bang up job.
