Publisher's summary

This is the only book that EST/Werner Erhard tried to stop in a US Federal Court. The suit failed, and the title rocketed to the number two slot on the New York Times list, selling more than a million copies!

EST has now changed its name to The Landmark Forum, but the message is still the same, and you can get it in this 2011 revised edition at a fraction of the cost for the theatrical experience.

The book describes in detail how most people are stuck in the "Fishtank of Effect", and it shows the listener how to move upward, onto the "Cloud of Cause" and in the process, assume control of one's life, and proceed to win the games you create.

You will also discover how to become a true leader ("guru") in your chosen field(s), the secret to healthy relationships, the successful way to handle your kids, and finally, why the author considers life to be a game.

Don't miss this opportunity to get this important message before you pay big money for the actual experience!

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

Good book but look up Werner Erhard

Good self help book that is a stripped down version of Werner Erhards work. It wouldve been 100x better if it was read by him.

Some new concepts

I’ve been a personal development junkie for over 2 years and I still found new concepts in here. Quick listen. Do the exercises. Will make a difference in your life.

EST: makes you take a good hard look at yourself!

I will be following the teachings. and it's funny the whole concept of NOW!. this the 5-second rule because the exercise. it put you in the moment just like the 5 second rule.. we'll be listening to it again until I absorb and we'll be able to do the teachings on a daily basis.

I really enjoyed this book

There were some new ideas and perspectives on things I’ve heard before but haven’t been able to practically live.
