Publisher's summary

This is the last three books in this six-book series.

In a world where monsters and humans struggle to coexist, Alex thought he had everything under control. With his loyal lovers Leeha and Bridget by his side, they navigated the turbulent waters of Boromour. But then, Sara enters the picture, a wild catgirl who is determined to prove her worth to the group.

As they try to make sense of their complicated relationships, Alex discovers that the world is more complicated than he ever imagined. God, the ruler of their world, has a plan for everyone, but not everyone is content to follow blindly. The angels, who are supposed to be the workforce of God, are starting to question their role in the grand scheme of things.

Alex and his group find themselves in the middle of a brewing conflict, one that threatens to shatter the delicate balance of Boromour. With monsters and angels pitted against each other, Alex must fight to gain freedom for the planet he loves.

But freedom comes with a cost, and Alex is about to discover that the price might be too high. As he delves deeper into the mysteries of his world, he finds himself facing off against monsters, angels, and even God himself. But with his loyal companions by his side, Alex is ready to take on whatever challenges come his way.

Join Alex and his girls as they fight for what they believe in, in a world where nothing is as it seems. With danger lurking around every corner, they must rely on their wits, strength, and love to survive. Will they emerge victorious, or will they fall in the face of overwhelming odds? Only time will tell in this epic adventure.

Good story

Good story, actors were amazing. In all 3 books there was times that the female voice part was not there and just skipped over. It was a bit frustrating.

Inconsistent

Great voice acting and fun story, the only issue is the story isn’t consistent throughout. Without giving spoilers there’s several times that the story randomly changes. There’s times a characters name changes. The main character Alex also never uses his power to its potential, he also only uses his secondary power once or twice throughout the series. Other times characters elements randomly change from one element in one book to a different element and back story the next book. The best example is at the end of book 5 and going into book 6 where a new character is introduced. Overall it’s an entertaining time passing series. Just annoying when you start to get into the illusion of the story and then there’s plot holes and inconsistency’s that throw off everything.

I liked the world building and story and the voice acting was great. I just didn't like the main character all that much..

Continuity errors and plot holes

Not sure if it was the editing team or the author who’s to blame for the numerous slipups in descriptive dialogue and ginormous plot holes but this book could’ve been as good as “rise of the weakest summoner” but it fell short.

The MC also couldn’t deduce things that stood right in front of him and it bothered the heck out of me!!!

Too fast

The story went way too fast for how it feels. Would have felt a lot better if they had taken more time.

great story but...

There are a few places among the books where you can tell some dialog is missing on the female side. The story also feels like it ends abruptly but other than that it's a pretty great series.

Story and performance are good, but inconsistencies are the downfall. Hire a more invested editor.

As I said, the story and performance are good, but inconsistencies make it clear the author either didn't reread their books or at least write notes of characters to refer back to.

It's a shame because the actual plot and world building are interesting, and the characters enjoyable enough (albeit dumb, the main character will regularly put 2 and 2 together well after you to the point it's grating.
The polyrelationship/woman-collection is very cringe, but if you enjoy romance like I do, at least you get it in repeat.
The repeating dialogue is a chronic problem, but a forgivable if not increasingly annoying one, for example:
"Hill giants are the smallest giant. [insert facts about 2 or 3 more giants] and hill giants are the smallest of the giants."

The unforgivable sin is the large collection of "retconning"—but let's be real here, that's a generous word to use. The author isn't changing things on purpose, they either don't remember or don't care.
The dragon being a wind mage is super clear. Later I think she's randomly a fire mage instead? Alright, well that's like 2 full books apart, so like idk, 12 hours apart for the listener. How the mermaid being explicitly said to be a mind mage, multiple times, then explicitly being said to be a water mage like 20 minutes later. Sure it's at the end of book 5 and the start of book 6, but you can't even keep track of profoundly basic and identifying facts about romantic interests straight for that long? I'd say this was written by multiple ghost writers, but the bad writing habit of repeating dialogue is so persistent I'd be shocked if multiple writers had that same pretty shining flaw. The hero's best friend's wife was pregnant when the hero left on a journey. Some inconsistent amount of time later that was at least a year or two, the hero sees his friend again and hears the great news that his friend's wife is pregnant for the first time...again. The hero explicitly says for the first time. Maybe I'm delirious and it was someone else who was pregnant that first time, but I'd sooner trust my recollection of events over this author's.

The hero even forgets how his powers work and what he can do with his powers. Several powers or weapons get brought up and made a big deal out of only to never be brought up again.

Decent time killer but if I didn't get the first omnibus on sale for like $4 I don't know if I would've said the series as a whole was worth it.
I will say these problems are far more frequent the later in the series you go. More things for the author to forget and more time for them to stop caring about the series.
Really, maybe this is on the editor more than the author. Writing is hard and you need an editor who is invested and cares, especially if you forget things or don't care yourself.

Alex is shit

the main character can't make up his mind if he is stupid or smart he acts like everything is so impossible and can't find a solution but then finds the stupidest one possible that vould of be done as soon as he saw it he supposed to be strong enough to change the world he has litteraly 1 million power and he doesn't use it he refuses to actually use magic and just let's Bridget do everything he is a pathetic excuse for a main character and it ruins the entire series

Really??... ugh...

The MC is too stupid to live... I'm surprised he can eat without choking on air.
