Me quedó a deber
En el libro explica que ella es súper positiva desde chiquita y me parece que es parte de su temperamento (las características con las que naces, no lo que aprendes). Creo que le faltó ahondar más en cómo convertirte en esa persona que realmente piensa positivo. A mi parecer, se quedó en la parte de los beneficios de pensar positivo, pero la pregunta es, ¿cómo llegar ahí?
Tampoco me gustó su ejemplo de la depresión y la desmotivación, me pareció que desconoce lo que es la depresión y ni siquiera investigó al respecto.
